Lomond have recently sold 2 properties for us, as well as previous properties. The level of professionalism and detailed understanding of the local housing market demonstrated is obvious resulting in quick, hassle free sales for us. The marketing strategy employed speaks volumes for Lomond. In addition, the back up provided by the team in the front office genuinely gives the sales experience a “family” feel. I was so impressed with Joe and the team at Lomonds and so glad I trusted them. Nothing but professional from start to finish. Kept me fully updated so I knew what was going on, which I think is so important. I never had to chase them up on anything or ask any questions as everything was dealt with promptly and explained. Their marketing is superb as is their knowledge. Would highly recommend.

I would just like to thank Lomond Property and in particular, Lesley Ann for her outstanding service and professionalism. My sale wasn't the easiest by any stretch of the imagination, however she persevered and we sold the property on the 3rd attempt having 2 sales fall through. I was a first time seller so I shopped around a lot for an agent, and I would highly recommend Lomond. They offer reasonable fixed fees, and Joe and Claire kept me updated throughout the process. They were always so helpful, honest and friendly and their local knowledge and window advertising gives them an edge over online agents in my opinion. I had interest in my flat immediately and accepted an offer within a week. I won’t hesitate to use Lomond in the future. Thanks!
