I invited three different estate agents to share their approach to marketing when I was deciding which one to select to sell my home. Lomond Property had come to my attention because of the number of 'sold' signs seen around town. Despite being relative newcomers, I decided to listen to what they had to offer. I'm so pleased that I did.Craig was the only agent to come fully prepared with relevant market statistics. Furthermore, he was the only agent that explained the value add service that they could offer especially when the buyers were still unsold or not on the market yet themselves. As it happens, my buyer marketed their property through Lomond Property only after I accepted their offer.Gillian from the Kilmarnock office was fantastic at keeping me fully updated. This was really appreciated because there were three buyers in our chain. Looked at a few agents within Kilmarnock for selling my house and after speaking with Craig I felt Lomond were definitely the right choice for me . After my photos were done , so very sorry I forgot the guys name, and the preview was sent I knew I made the correct decision. Very professional photographer very good at his job . Gillian was great to deal with on a daily basis arranging viewings , discussing feedback etc . Overall my experience with Lomond and the staff I dealt with really made me feel at ease especially during the stress of trying to sell a house .

Lomond were recommended to me when it came to selling my parents house. Joe was very professional and knows the local market very well giving me an honest valuation. When the house went on the market, Erin kept me up to date with viewings and feedback and the team also carried out the viewings, which was excellent! Not impressed at all. Valuer majorly undervalued (by 30K) the lovely 3 bed family property we were looking to sell , with him.immediately saying buy to let & (unnecessarily) advising us to empty cupboards & remove fridge magnets!in spite of me pointing out the selling features of the house , large rooms, dining area, quiet cul de sac, three separate outside garden / seating areas, private lock up, across the road from school, main bus route etc, this was of no interest to hum. Needless to say we went with another local company & the house was sold within 2 weeks of going on to the. Market to a young family. We rreceived 5% over the asking price which was 30k more than price quoted by Lomomd.

Recently sold my elderly parents house with Lomond Property, Irvine.Joe was quick to come out and give me an honest valuation and within 10 days, he’d organised the surveyor for the home report and the photographer. The property was well presented online and in the accompanying schedule and within 7 days there were 10 viewings, all well organised and taken care of by Erin. At every stage, from listing to sale, i was kept informed. The communication with myself, the surveyor and my solicitor was faultless. Very quickly Erin had 7 decent offers on the table, one of which I couldn't refuse. House sold within 10 days which I was really delighted with. The whole process was seamless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lomond.

I chose Lomond initially because they sell a lot in the Irvine area. When I met Joe, he certainly knew the market, and this is what I was looking for. Dealing with Lomond was really straightforward and I thought they gave me great advice. It was a very efficient process from start to finish. Marketing was great and there were lots of viewings - handled expertly by the office team. The property was sold in a week with a great price. Couldn't really ask for much more and would highly recommend them.

My sale wasn't the easiest by any stretch of the imagination, however she persevered and we sold the property on the 3rd attempt having 2 sales fall through.
