To be honest, we were a little afraid about launching into the house sale process, as you hear of so many bad experiences but Lomond were very highly rated in local social media and came recommended by neighbours who'd sold their house with them recently. From the start when Craig came around to value the property (and we were a couple of months away from being ready at that time), we got a good feeling. No hard sell, no pressure and, most importantly, no BS. Lomond left us to make our move in our own time and once we were ready, we were introduced to Gillian and she took great care of us from that point forward. She was always full of sound advice and her experience really shone through. She was straight talking, honest and nothing was ever too much trouble. She always returned my calls and if she said she'd do something, she did it, no questions asked. She even negotiated a great price with our buyers for our sofa, as we were unable to take it to our new house. This was above and beyond the call of duty and was massively appreciated. I don't give 5 star reviews lightly - only when my expectations have been exceeded - but in this instance, I'd happily give Lomond, particularly Gillian, a 10 star review. If you're thinking of selling a house in Ayrshire, don't settle for 2nd best and regret it later.
