I invited three different estate agents to share their approach to marketing when I was deciding which one to select to sell my home. Lomond Property had come to my attention because of the number of 'sold' signs seen around town. Despite being relative newcomers, I decided to listen to what they had to offer. I'm so pleased that I did.Craig was the only agent to come fully prepared with relevant market statistics. Furthermore, he was the only agent that explained the value add service that they could offer especially when the buyers were still unsold or not on the market yet themselves. As it happens, my buyer marketed their property through Lomond Property only after I accepted their offer.Gillian from the Kilmarnock office was fantastic at keeping me fully updated. This was really appreciated because there were three buyers in our chain. Looked at a few agents within Kilmarnock for selling my house and after speaking with Craig I felt Lomond were definitely the right choice for me . After my photos were done , so very sorry I forgot the guys name, and the preview was sent I knew I made the correct decision. Very professional photographer very good at his job . Gillian was great to deal with on a daily basis arranging viewings , discussing feedback etc .
