I was a first time seller so I shopped around a lot for an agent, and I would highly recommend Lomond. They offer reasonable fixed fees, and Joe and Claire kept me updated throughout the process. They were always so helpful, honest and friendly and their local knowledge and window advertising gives them an edge over online agents in my opinion.
