Property for Sale in East Ayrshire

Lomond Property have been wonderful in the advertising and taking of potential buyers around the flat I had to sell. The staff have been professional, friendly and helpful in every aspect. They very quickly achieved an offer for the property. I totally recommend Lomond Property for renting out the flat for many years and then selling it for me. Thank you to all members of staff and Caitlin in particular.

Friendly and professional service. They accommodated me by provided a video viewing which was greatly appreciated. The video was high quality. Although I never took the rental I would absolutely recommend this company. I will be keeping an eye out for their rentals being released.

Lomond Property Prestwick dealt with the marketing of my property. They were very professional with viewings and the property sold in a very timely manner. Thanks to the marketing team

Top class service. Home survey, photos and all on Rightmove within a week. Sold a few days later. Would highly recommend Craig and the team.

From start to finish, professional and friendly service. WhatsApp group so helpful for quick queries. Marketing was 5* thank you Craig and Gillian!

To be honest, we were a little afraid about launching into the house sale process, as you hear of so many bad experiences but Lomond were very highly rated in local social media and came recommended by neighbours who'd sold their house with them recently. From the start when Craig came around to value the property (and we were a couple of months away from being ready at that time), we got a good feeling. No hard sell, no pressure and, most importantly, no BS. Lomond left us to make our move in our own time and once we were ready, we were introduced to Gillian and she took great care of us from that point forward. She was always full of sound advice and her experience really shone through. She was straight talking, honest and nothing was ever too much trouble. She always returned my calls and if she said she'd do something, she did it, no questions asked. She even negotiated a great price with our buyers for our sofa, as we were unable to take it to our new house. This was above and beyond the call of duty and was massively appreciated. I don't give 5 star reviews lightly - only when my expectations have been exceeded - but in this instance, I'd happily give Lomond, particularly Gillian, a 10 star review. If you're thinking of selling a house in Ayrshire, don't settle for 2nd best and regret it later.

I received a fantastic service from the team, who obviously love what they do. I’m delighted to recommend them!

I would happily recommend Lomond to anyone looking to sell their property. From the first visit with Joe to the updates and support from Caitlin, they’ve been amazing and made their part in our process so easy and stress free.
